About Me

My Philosophy

I teach safe and supportive, yet challenging and rewarding classes to yogis of all levels. I find that as a student one of the most important parts of a yoga class is to feel safe. As a teacher I achieve this by encouraging yogis to connect to their breath, and to maintain a deep awareness of the body throughout the class. My extensive experience in dance enables me to give comprehensive and clear alignment instructions, as well as to help students through transitions safely and correctly. I am eager to share my knowledge and experience, and to help others to discover for themselves the powerful and life changing impacts of yoga. I specialise in Vinyasa, Hatha and Restorative yoga styles.

My Story

I am a qualified, insured and passionate yoga instructor with lots of experience teaching private one to one and group yoga, dance and fitness classes. With my background in dance I have a deep awareness of the body and a love of movement. I have been lucky enough to travel the world extensively and it has made me passionate about the cultivation of a healthy, conscious lifestyle that provides benefit to everyone! I am an avid reader of both psychology and yoga, and I am fascinated by the impacts of yoga on our health. I believe that yoga has the potential to drastically improve both physical and mental wellbeing during a time at which humans could not need it more.
