Free Consultation 

I offer a free initial fifteen to thirty minute consultation over the phone, or in person, to discuss what you personally hope to achieve through yoga, as well as your previous experience of yoga, if any.

Free Mobility Assessment

Before beginning your first booked session I will complete a free fifteen minute mobility assessment with you to record any injuries or physical limitations that you may have. This is also a means of tracking your physical progress throughout your practice.

The Vinyasa Lens

If you would like to increase your strength and flexibility whilst improving mindfulness, then this is the class for you.  I will teach you how to time your inhalations and exhalations with the strengthening and stretching of your unique body. I will enable you to manipulate your breathing so that you can engage your parasympathetic nervous system, leading to a deeply meditative state of mind. This allows you to stretch more deeply into the muscles, relieves pain and reduces risk of injury. You will complete each session feeling that you have had a challenging physical workout, whilst achieving a deep sense of mental calm.

Location and Pricing

I teach classes of up to ten people. I am based in South West London where I can offer a beautiful, private space to practice in for classes of up to two people. Alternatively, if you live in the London area I can come to you or hire a suitable space near you at an agreed fee. 

Sessions start at £50 for 60 minutes and £75 for 90 minutes. Packages are available upon request, and I offer discounts for referrals.

The Restorative Lens

If you feel that mental, emotional and physical tension may be holding you back or affecting your quality of life, then this is the class for you. The focus of these sessions is on healing and restoration of the mind and body, releasing past tension and trauma both physical and emotional. I will create a warm, relaxing environment and teach you how to use your breath to turn your focus entirely onto yourself. This class will move at a slow pace, enabling the body to fully relax into each posture, and to release pockets of tension that have built up over time from both physical and mental stress. The class includes some massage techniques in the final pose. You will complete each session feeling physically and mentally released and rejuvenated.

As a Yoga Instructor I do not:

  • Force you into any pose that you are not comfortable with- you will always know what is best for your body

  • Assess injury or perform physiotherapy

  • Provide a counselling service

  • Disclose information deemed confidential

  • Project any of my own beliefs onto your experience
